1. General Terms

PK7 is an online sports and iGaming platform built for Philippine players. It operates under an international gaming license and is available on Web, iOS, and Android devices. All deposits, withdrawals, and transactions are handled in Philippine Pesos (₱). By using the platform, you agree to these terms and pledge to follow them. PK7 also reserves the right to update or change this policy from time to time. Once the updated terms are posted, continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.

• You must be at least 21 years old to use PK7.
• You must be legally qualified and allowed to join betting and gaming activities in your area.
• Online betting must be permitted and lawful in your country or region.

• Only one account is permitted per person at PK7.
• The security of your account, password, and personal information is your own responsibility.

By using PK7, you confirm that you meet every condition listed above and that all the details you’ve shared are true and correct. If we learn that you provided false information or broke any part of these terms, PK7 reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on PK7, you need to fill out the registration form with your personal details. Make sure every detail you provide during sign-up is accurate and up to date. For security and verification, PK7 may request supporting documents like a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other official files to confirm the information you submitted.

• Full legal name as it appears on your valid ID.
• Date of birth, so PK7 can confirm you are 21 or older.
• A valid and active email address for verification and official notices.
• Mobile number for verification purposes.
• Residential address.
• Create a strong password.

3. Betting Rules

When placing bets on PK7, you must follow our betting rules. Each game and sports event has its own set of rules that you need to understand before you play. Always check the odds, the stake, and your possible winnings before confirming a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount: ₱10.
• Maximum bet limit: varies depending on the game.
• Check your balance before placing a bet.
• In live betting, odds can change very quickly.
• A bet may be cancelled if a technical error occurs.
• Suspicious betting patterns will be investigated.

PK7 uses official scores and results to determine the outcome of all bets. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded. We keep a record of every bet placed, and our records are considered final in case of any dispute.

4. Payment and Withdrawal

PK7 supports various payment methods, including e-wallets, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Deposits are usually processed instantly, while withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. You must verify your account before you can withdraw.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method you used for your deposit.
• You cannot withdraw until your bonus has been cleared.
• Suspicious transactions may be held for investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

PK7 regularly brings out a range of bonuses and promotions, and each offer follows its own set of conditions. Always read the full terms before you claim a bonus so you know exactly what you're signing up for. If the platform detects any form of bonus abuse, PK7 may freeze or close your account and forfeit the bonus amount.

• The welcome bonus is open to brand-new players only.
• Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be satisfied.
• Bonus validity is limited, typically for 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time.
• You must complete the wagering requirement before cashing out any bonus funds.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

By using PK7, you agree that betting and gaming carry risks, and you play at your own risk. The platform is not liable for any winnings or losses. You are expected to play responsibly and only bet amounts you can afford. If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, immediately seek help or use the responsible gaming tools available. PK7 is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

• Never allow other people to access your account.
• Report any suspicious transactions or activity to our support team right away.
• Remember to update your personal information whenever necessary.

• Comply with all applicable laws and settle your tax obligations.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are severely prohibited on PK7. If you commit any of these, your account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited. The platform actively monitors for suspicious activity and may pursue legal action if needed.

• Opening or using two or more accounts.
• Providing false information or counterfeit documents.
• Abusing bonuses or tampering with the system.
• Colluding with other players or joining syndicate bets.
• Money laundering or using illegitimate funds.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated programs.
• Sharing your account with, or using the account of, another person.
• Initiating chargebacks or committing payment fraud.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

PK7 keeps the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, for whatever reason. If you fail to follow these Terms and Conditions or get involved in suspicious activity, your account will be closed. You may also contact our customer support team anytime if you want to close your account on your own.

• Instant suspension for any rule violation
• Accounts may be frozen during investigation
• If permanently closed, your balance will be refunded (excluding bonuses)
• A self-exclusion option is available
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened
• All decisions made by PK7 are final
